And that’s a really good thing.
But if you look at it in a more global context, I don.
If you look across the globe, people are living longer and better.
It’s also a sign of a changing world and the future we’re living in.
I think the biggest issue is that people are eating more meat.
The number of people who are vegetarians has increased by 20 per cent over the past 25 years, and we are now eating more than three times as much meat as the average person.
And yet, it’s not clear how to cut the meat consumption without affecting the numbers of people eating it.
It’s not just that the meat we eat is more expensive.
It is also that meat is more widely consumed than it used to be, and people have started to eat more meat on the side.
So the challenge is not just to reduce meat consumption, it is to increase consumption and to make it affordable.
There’s a lot of work to be done, but the key is to make the food systems in the developing world more sustainable.
